Chris, the May meeting is usually the AER car show in Carrollton.<br /><br />Meet at AER and park under covered parking at 7 or so, walk or bum ride to IHOP about 1/2 mile away, hang around all day, show is from like 11-3?, judging, long time wait, trophies around 4+ leave and get home around 5.&nbsp; Long long day.&nbsp; Now some people don&#039;t care if they are under covered parking, they get there right after show starts around 11, leave as soon as judging is over, around 3+, and ask someone to pick up their trophy if they win.&nbsp; Definitely the way to do it, as it doesn&#039;t kill the day like the all day thing. And with AC, that might just be toooo long for the little fellow.&nbsp; This year, that is what I would do.&nbsp; Arrive late, leave early, and not spend 10 hours at a show.&nbsp; But....<br />this year on May 6 I am doing SOMETHING DIFFERENT.&nbsp; I am doing a different show, (benefit) and poker run.&nbsp; Poker Run first, then show.&nbsp; Won&#039;t eat the whole day, either, and is 10 minutes from my house.&nbsp; <br />So, I&#039;ve been wanting to do a poker run ever since I heard what they were.&nbsp; I&#039;m even hoping in Austin next year maybe someone would put one together for Friday afternoon, after the delicious cruise to the Oasis.&nbsp; (which I hope is an annual event)<br /><br />So, to recap and answer your question in a few words:<br />AER show.&nbsp;
