Hello guys!
As a newbie to the Cobra world, how would a guy get a 2000 to pass emisssions in Parker County? I was told kit cars were exempt, but viewing TXDOT, it says we collectively come under the same laws as a newer model "cookie cutter" large production cars. My sled has absolutely NO emmission controls on it, not even a PCV. Any ideas/tricks other than moving to Pampa?
